TIM’S BACKGROUND
Tim is a former US Army Ranger and Iraq War veteran. Following his military service, Tim continued working overseas for many years while also attempting to avoid the spiraling mental health crisis he was facing. For years, Tim had lived in fear of the stigma, judgment and professional consequences that might result from opening up to healthcare providers and therapists about his military and private contracting experiences.
In 2018, Tim’s professional and personal life finally collapsed under the weight of his unaddressed mental health challenges and it was clear that he needed to focus on healing himself and his young family. In 2019, Tim stopped deploying and committed to addressing his struggles with addiction, PTSD, and Moral Injury.
In this journey of healing, Tim uncovered the healing power of psychospiritual healing, mindfulness and nature-based therapy practices. For the first time in his life, Tim began to feel a sense of wholeness and clarity of purpose.
Tim is committed to help others who are seeking the same sense of wholeness and clarity of purpose that he discovered on his own journey of transformation. Tim is here to help you safely embrace your pain and suffering with intention and self-compassion, so that you may ultimately arrive at a place of peace – something Tim believes everyone deserves regardless of where their life’s path has taken them.

HOW WE GOT STARTED
Why Agile Wellness?
Distressing experiences, memories, deeply buried traumas and shame can lead to a level of suffering that makes life feel unbearable. We know because we’ve been there. We found it extremely difficult to speak about our experiences for fear of judgment, let alone to explore or make meaning of them. It wasn’t until being faced with losing everything that we knew change was needed.
Our vision was to have a wellness practice that was everything we needed and didn’t have when we were at our lowest point – a place where we could have gone without fear of shocking, offending, or scaring away someone we hoped was there to help us. We needed a place to feel accepted, embraced, and cared for. We believe that can only occur if there is trust. Trust in our partnership, trust in the process, and trust in the judgment-free space we build together. We built the Agile Wellness Group for all of those who are struggling to trust – here it’s different.
WHY IT MATTERS
What does it mean to be Agile?
Being agile speaks to our innate, human ability to adapt. Not only do we believe that our clients possess inherent capability for agility in awareness, thought, feeling and action – but so do we. The Agile Wellness Group team meets clients wherever they are at in life or circumstance – no preconditions, no reservations, and no judgment. Agility in practice allows our team to offer a range of safe and confidential support services with the intention of reaching any person in need.
Whether that means sitting in the silence with you to allow space for thoughts and feelings to exist, taking a walk outside and moving our bodies, eco-bonding and nature therapy, or preparing and processing psychospiritual healing work – we will meet you where and how you need to be met and walk with you on your journey of transformation and growth.
OUR VALUES
COURAGE
This is hard. Suffering is hard. Authentic growth and transformation is harder. When we decide it’s enough and commit to addressing our suffering, it helps to have help. It takes courage to take that next step forward, we honor that step and will be there to meet you and support you along the way.
SAFETY
Healing work can make us feel physically and emotionally vulnerable, but you can trust in the space we will build together. Our team will always do what is ethically and morally right and with the highest level of integrity. You are safe with us.
COMPASSION
The word ‘compassion’ originates from the Latin word ‘compati’ which literally means “to suffer together.” We will not only meet you with empathy, but we will step into the suffering by your side and find a way out together.
